All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. We offer free returns within a 30-day window, and we do not charge any type of return fee in any case. Approved refunds are processed within 6 business days.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping all over Germany, and we do not charge any type of shipping fee in any case. Orders require a handling time of 1-3 business days, followed by a transit time of 3-6 business days, for a total shipping time of 4-9 business days. Any delivery windows shown on our website are estimates and real-world transit times can shift due to carrier scheduling or severe weather.
